TLDL;

The PCs go to visit the witch that Lizardfolk spoke of to find a boat.

They arrive at her house and see a small row boat but knock anyway.

The witch is a young girl named Teeja and she lives with her raven Heckle.

She was raised in the Cult of Flame was even blinded by them as a sort of sacrifice.

She knows The Cult of Flame is trying to gain access into the castle to free the banished dragon Grakzeldon.

She also knows that in order to assault the castle on the island they are trying to summon a creature to assist them

She has seen a individual she calls "The Shapeshifter” who bring cart-fulls of bodies both dead and alive to the the castle and returns to Dark Tide empty

She also warns the PCs of strange beings apparently coming from the castle.

After much deliberation, the PCs head to Dark Tide to interrupt the ritual.

On the way they are attacked by a black dragon.

We end the session by the PCs subduing some Cult of Flame members in the city crypt and finding a secret staircase.
