• The PCs slew the first portal demon they came across

• They found a pair of odd doors, one made of iron with writing on it, the other of stone

• They figured out the puzzle on the iron door and fought the Living Cloudkill within

• After leaving the room they heard that same synthesized voice in their head telling them to leave and that they had disrupted their work for long enough

• They fought a pair of Bodaks

• They went to confront the voice as well as continue to look for the secret passage to the castle

• The voice revealed itself to a Mindwitness and “The Demogorgon” was a supernatural Ettin

• They defeated the pair and found the door to the castle which had an egg carved in it
